Founder, Chief Executive Officer
From Alpharetta, Georgia, David leads company strategy, product development, and operations. With a background in business analytics, he founded Gearbox Technologies LLC to modernize vehicle maintenance and automotive service through data-focused decision-making and practical technology. David oversees the development of GRBX and BayNerve and applies analytics to product design and operational efficiency, with a focus on long-term growth.
He works to keep both the drivers and independent repair shops Gearbox serves in view as the company develops.
Luke Cheadle
Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer
From Knoxville, Tennessee, Luke is a driven technology builder with a broad skill set in developing practical solutions. He handles technical development across GRBX and BayNerve while helping lay the groundwork for future innovation. Luke also brings knowledge of capital markets and market trends, supporting product and company decisions as Gearbox grows.
Logan Miksche
Co-Founder, Chief Marketing Officer
Originally from Modesto, California, with roots in the Southeast, Logan has a background in architecture and design. He leads media, brand, and audience development across Gearbox Technologies, GRBX, and BayNerve. His work for multiple organizations has generated more than 10 million views across social media, and he has experience supporting capital raising through organic promotion and social media.
He is responsible for building a consistent brand identity and generating awareness of Gearbox products.
Paige Heard
Human Resources Director & Engineering Team Lead
Paige is from the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area of Maryland and has a background in mechanical engineering. She leads human resources and supports engineering coordination across Gearbox products. Her knowledge of mechanical systems helps inform GRBX product review and the way vehicle information is presented, while her team-lead responsibilities support product quality and internal organization.
Paige adds practical engineering context and another review layer to the Gearbox development process.
