Message to investors

Two live automotive software products. One focused company.

Gearbox Technologies LLC is an automotive software company based in Opelika, Alabama. Gearbox Technologies was founded in 2025 and Gearbox Technologies LLC was organized in Alabama in 2026. We build GRBX for vehicle owners and families, and BayNerve for independent automotive repair shops. Both products are live, serve different customers, and address practical problems in vehicle ownership and repair.

Company thesis

Important vehicle information is still too hard to keep useful.

Drivers lose maintenance history across receipts, reminders, documents, and memory. Independent repair shops manage appointments, inspections, approvals, repairs, invoices, and payments across disconnected tools and informal handoffs.

Gearbox Technologies builds focused software for each side of that work. GRBX helps the owner maintain a useful vehicle record. BayNerve helps the repair shop keep the job connected from appointment through payment. The products serve different customers and remain separate product experiences, with an optional connection that lets vehicle owners import eligible BayNerve work orders into GRBX and match them to the correct vehicle by VIN.

Product portfolio

Two live products serving different parts of automotive work.

The portfolio is intentionally specific. Each product has a defined customer, a clear operating problem, and its own product experience.

Live consumer software01

GRBX

Vehicle maintenance software for drivers and families. GRBX organizes maintenance, service history, recalls, reminders, documents, and questions tied to a specific vehicle.

In development

Forge

A private mobile software project. We are keeping its public description limited until the product is ready for a clearer release plan.

03

Business model

Recurring software revenue with clear customer boundaries.

GRBX

Consumer subscriptions

Drivers and families pay for vehicle organization, maintenance tracking, records, and product features tied to ownership.

BayNerve

Flat shop subscription

Independent repair shops pay one monthly price for the shop rather than a separate fee for every owner, adviser, technician, administrator, or bookkeeper.

Discipline

Focused expansion

Near-term work is centered on product reliability, onboarding, direct customer feedback, and adoption before adding unnecessary complexity.

Current stage

Live products, early users, disciplined growth.

Gearbox Technologies is raising a pre-seed round and speaking with investors who understand automotive software, small-business software, consumer subscriptions, and the work required to earn trust early.

Live

GRBX is available on the web and App Store. BayNerve is available for independent automotive repair shops.

Learning

We are onboarding early drivers and repair shops, watching how they use the products, and improving the parts that create friction.

Building

The near-term roadmap prioritizes reliability, core workflow depth, onboarding, and support over feature volume.

Next

Expand adoption, strengthen both live products, and continue Forge development without overstating what is not yet shipped.

Use of capital

Investment would fund the work between a live product and a durable company.

Capital would be used in defined operating categories. We are not publishing allocation percentages or return projections that have not been finalized and documented.

01

Product reliability

Infrastructure, testing, monitoring, performance, and the core workflows users depend on.

02

Customer onboarding

Clear setup, migration support where applicable, product education, and responsive early support.

03

Focused distribution

Direct outreach, product-led acquisition, partnerships, and content tied to real customer questions.

04

Responsible operations

Security practices, legal and compliance work, documentation, and the systems required to support growth.

Investor fit

The right investor adds more than capital.

We are most interested in investors who understand automotive software, vertical software for small businesses, consumer subscriptions, or practical early-stage distribution.

Useful experience includes reaching independent repair shops, building trust with vehicle owners, improving software onboarding, and helping a focused team make disciplined decisions. We value direct feedback and realistic expectations over inflated growth language.
